Pricing questions, answered

How much should a local business spend on marketing?

Most local businesses benefit from a marketing budget of 7–12% of monthly revenue, split across channels. As a starting rule of thumb: allocate at least $500/month to see meaningful results from paid advertising — below that, budgets are too thin to generate enough data to optimise.

Are these prices for ad spend or management fees?

These are management fees only — the cost of strategy, setup, optimisation, and reporting. Ad spend (what goes to Google or Meta) is a separate budget set by you. I'll recommend a realistic starting ad budget as part of your free audit.

Is there a setup fee?

There is no separate setup fee on any package. The first month covers initial audits, account builds, tracking setup, and strategy — all included in the monthly fee.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. All packages run month-to-month with 30 days notice to cancel. I earn your business every month, not through lock-in contracts. That said, marketing channels like SEO and paid ads take 60–90 days to hit their stride, so I ask for a genuine three-month commitment before judging results.

Can I start small and upgrade later?

Absolutely. Most clients start on the Espresso or Americano package and add channels as they see results. Upgrading is seamless — there's no new setup or onboarding needed.

How is this different from a marketing agency?

At an agency, your account is managed by a junior executive following a playbook. At DataLatte, you work directly with Nataliia — 10+ years at OMD, Dentsu, BBDO, and GroupM — on every campaign. No account managers, no briefing chains, no markups on third-party tools.

Not sure which package is right for you?

Start with a free audit. I'll review your current setup and recommend exactly where to start — no sales pressure.
