Apple Maps Business Connect Adds Menus and Service Pricing — 20% of US Mobile Searches

Apple updated its Business Connect platform (the Apple equivalent of Google Business Profile) to support structured data for menus, service lists, and pricing. A coffee shop can now publish their full menu with prices; a salon can list every service with duration and price; a groomer can publish their full service menu. This data appears in Apple Maps on iPhone, Mac, and CarPlay.

Apple Maps processes an estimated 20% of US mobile map searches — primarily iPhone users who use Apple Maps as default. This is a completely separate audience from Google Maps users, and until now, Apple Maps profiles were significantly less rich than GBP profiles. Adding pricing data brings Apple Maps listings much closer to the information richness of Google.

Business Connect is free. Login at businessconnect.apple.com using an Apple ID. You can add menus, service prices, booking links, photos, and special hours. Apple reviews changes within 5–7 business days. Businesses with complete Apple Maps profiles are now being surfaced in Siri responses to "find a coffee shop near me" — a query that never touches Google.
